A loving husband, proud father, engaging grandfather, cherished brother and friend, Richard leaves behind a legacy of love and laughter with those who knew him.

A Korean War veteran who proudly served his country, Richard kept a special bond with his fellow veterans. To remember him in honor, a memorial contribution to the Wounded Warrior Project would be a living tribute to his memory and to veterans of all generations.

To ensure your generosity and support are acknowledged - and to prevent you from future solicitations - Richard’s family has requested that memorial contributions be made through IN MEMORY OF to the

Wounded Warrior Project

The Wounded Warrior Project aims to help injured service members aid and assist each other by providing unique, direct programs to meet their individual needs. Programs include: Combat Stress Recovery which addresses the mental health and cognitive needs of warriors returning from war; the Independence Program, designed for warriors who rely on their family or caregivers as a result of moderate-to-severe brain injury, spinal-cord injury, or other neurological conditions; Family Support; Transition Training; and the Warrior Care Network, connecting veterans to academic medical centers that can address undiagnosed and untreated mental health issues suffered from the travesty of war.
