Andrea helped instill a love of learning for multiple generations of Rockville Center children, sharing her gifts at the most fundamental level of a child's development as a third grade teacher.

She touched the lives of many over the years with her compassion, good humor and wit, and she will be deeply missed by family, friends and the community she embraced.

Founded in 1990, Cure PSP funds ongoing research to help eradicate neurodegenerative diseases including progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP), corticobasal degeneration (CBD) and multiple system atrophy (MSA) with postural hypotension, for which there are currently no known cures.
